This is very visible from Mandus Olson Rd. When the county paved the road in the 70's, it had to make it curve around this historic house.
This 1,116 sqft house which used to be at 9307 Mandus Olson, built in 1901, has been continually inhabited for most of its 119 years.
It has recently been moved by BLA to the lot next door, 9301 Mandus Olson Rd NE, which already has a house, a mother-in-law apartment above the garage where the owner lives, and several other outbuildings, one a 836 sqft stable. The Kitsap Co. parcel # 212502-1-073-2000. Look under "Buildings and Improvements."
As I understand the code, there are too many houses on this lot, and perhaps just too much impervious coverage.
Also, the old farmhouse's drainfield extends north across the new boundary line, and new owners of that lot have done percolation tests for a new drainfield right next to this existing one.
