Road crews have set up traffic cones all along Moon - without any of the proper signage required by federal law. There is also a Portable toilet sitting on the sidewalk - completely blocking the foot path for people walking and disabled persons in wheelchairs.

There is a giant blockade of cones/tape/tarps in the middle of this intersection - there is ABSOLUTELY NOT enough room for people to be making turns at all, however there are NO signs attempting to stop drivers from turning. I was almost in a head on collision because of this negligence.

Nowhere near this intersection are there any warning signs, there are no "bike path closed" indicators" - and the there are so many blinking traffic cones, that without signs, drivers are unable to properly navigate.

They are currently doing all this construction to repair the damage they did on the previous botched job that I reported - when they damaged my vehicle and covered me in toxic chemicals due to their own negligence. This is the SECOND time I've had to complain about the negligence and DAMAGE caused to me/my business, by these road crews on THIS EXACT INTERSECTION. I still possess all the documentation and evidence regarding their illegal conduct, all the documentation showing the City of Albuquerque's attempt to ignore the issue and damages to my property/business for an entire year - until they were threatened with legal action.

I'd also like to point out, that at no point have you ever notified the residents in the area of this construction in advance. I know this, because I live right here.

If the proper signage isn't up within 48 hours, I will be reporting this to the federal authorities and consulting an attorney regarding the conduct of both the City of Albuquerque and its road construction crews, for both previous and current violations/damages.

Adams street - 201 to 590 (from Lomas to Copper) has various houses and properties that are in major violation of weed and litter laws. Many front yards have weeds over 4 inches at the sidewalks, with some large weeds actually obstructing the sidewalks for wheelchairs and pedestrians.

The alleyways are completely full of weeds and plants in certain areas, that large vehicles cannot fit through. This is not only a violation, it is a liability issue if an emergency vehicle cannot get through. There is a portion of this alley that has a large cactus, which brushes/damages vehicles as they pass. Not even 100 feet away from this, the entrance to one of the alleys was destroyed by contractors and never repaired - it's a bumpy mess. There are abandoned vehicles along the road, one of which has been there for over 6 MONTHS - with glass spread all over the street after having multiple windows smashed out.

Consider this to be an official weed and litter complaint for every property on this street (Adams) from Lomas all the way to Copper, which is in violation.

I live nearby on Adams st. The City of Albuquerque previously sent us a threatening letter about non-existent weeds on our property. In this threat, you gave us two weeks to resolve the issue, or we would "face fines and imprisonment." You gave no previous notices or warnings - just this threatening letter. You also advised that this is not enforced for everybody - only those who get reported via other citizens. This is why I'm reporting all non compliant properties in this area.

I will now be following your own standards - set forth by the City of Albuquerque - to make sure the weeds/litter in this area get cleaned up. You have two weeks to clean up this area, or I will begin consulting an attorney regarding your threats and lack of due diligence in this area.

Litter, weeds, and weed trees - Literally weed bushes that are as tall as a grown man are growing here. They are turning into TREES and starting to damage the surrounding area.

There is plenty of garbage here as well. This lot is not being maintained, and is starting to draw crowds of drug users.

Plate #586TPH - This vehicle has been sitting here, with glass all over the street, for well over 6 months now. It has had windows broken out NUMEROUS TIMES, and I have reason to suspect that homeless people have been living in it.

The owner refuses to clean up the glass on the road. ALL of the glass is scattered everywhere, damaging vehicles, preventing wheelchair/bicycle travel, and injuring people/animals. The other vehicles on the street don't have broken windows, but this vehicle is repeatedly targeted, and the mess is never cleaned up.

This is now a safety issue, and a liability issue for the city. I have multiple witnesses who can confirm this vehicle has been here for months (including the glass on the ground), and I myself have seen people and animals get injured while walking on the sidewalk.

I previously spoke to APD when I requested to have a homeless person removed from my backyard on this street - they advised there would be scheduled patrols in this area. Obviously, that has not happened or else there wouldn't be an abandoned vehicle here.

Once again I get to babysit the City of Albuquerque, after being lied to by the ABQ police dept. Get this vehicle off of the road and get the glass cleaned up before I take legal action against this city.
