Culvert pipe is concrete and collapsed. It is preventing the flow of water for drainage and causing significant flooding issues. The city recently came out and dug out the ditches. They could have easily cleared this issue but did not. Perhaps they could use a jackhammer and bust up the concrete. I tried to help the neighborhood and remove it with a shovel. It is too stuck for that.

Very large chunk of road missing.

Please investigate and survey grading for culverts on 600 block of Cordell between Garnder to the south and Halsey to the North. Specifically, in front of 608 and 606 Cordell St. The grading on both sides of these houses are higher, resulting in ponding and erosion of culverts and mosquito infestation.

Pothole in left lane near intersection.

Poor road and drainage conditions. Pothole/road erosion needs to be filled. Constant ponding. Drainage system is not effective in carrying water away.

No proper drainage on the entire even house number side of the street. Cordell north and south is in major disrepair in regards to drainage. Please check and survey for compliance for the ditch in front of each house. Breeding ground for mosquitos.

Drainage issues. Water is constantly looked up and is a breeding ground for mosquitos. The entire street from the 500 block up to the intersection of Patton and Cordell is in disrepair in regard to drainage. It is in need of a survey and some sort of action.
