Two small terriers are left alone for days at a time and bark compulsively, especially the evenings and into the night. I have contacted my neighbor approximately 8 times over the past 4-5 months about this issue and she doesn't seem to think this is a problem and will not solve this problem. In the past week I have notified her of this on Thursday and Sunday, but it has been going on for months on any day of the week, from evening to very early morning.
