    PEAT MEADOW PARK, On my walk. Two cars pulled up- a banged up dirty looking Tan Toyota Corolla male (Caucasian) owner maybe in his 60's disheveled appearance- the other car that arrived was a well kept black Ford Mustang, year maybe 2012-2016?, male (African American) with CALIFORNIA PLATES!
    The disheveled man got out of his car to get something , a small clear baggy cuffed in his hand. They parted ways, quickly.

    Not sure where else to put in this concern- There has been a rust color Rooster between our property and our neighbors for about 1 month. We have asked people around Burwell, Chester & Irvington if they were missing a Rooster, nobody knew anything about it. Colder weather at night is setting in we are concerned about this animals well being....anyone direct us further? Thanks

    Corner of Milton Street and Peat Meadow. That triangle entrance to the park, the Signs are NOT visible due to overgrown bushes/ trees. Its a park, should be maintained! Please consider a Dog Waste Station here too.

    This truck parks here every now and then in the lot on Peat Meadow. Also someone mowed a portion of the high grass there but the TRASH is still all over the place in that lot, its disgusting!!

    Tree Trimming needed- out front in between 33 Burwell Street and 29 Burwell Street, branches are entangled with wires and power box on the pole. Tenants are concerned.

    Walking today w/family , noticed all the trash littered all over this piece of land- also someone dumped off the dried out Christmas Tree. Empty diapers boxes, glass liquor bottles, and a rug thrown in the bushes....its terrible! I think some of the occupants across from area might be joining in on that dumping! Please Help This Area- Its becoming a waste land

    35 Burwell Street (corner of Chester) the Sewer is all covered with leaves, dirt and garbage. Plus there is a Fire Hydrant right there too- no water can drain properly being in this poor condition!
