    Second request. This trash is still in the road. I have pulled it back to the curb several times after local kids think it's funny to drag it into the middle of the street.

    remnant on 2nd floor of 1 saint Paul street. has large dog that does not go outside to go to the bathroom. instead the girl leaves her front porch door open so the dog can go to the bathroom. once in a while she hoses off the porch and the dirty water full of pre and poop drains onto the first floor. it smells very bad when walking by this house. I have contacted police and animal control. both said there was nothing they could do. I left messages at health dept. still nothing being done
