Storm Drain across the street from driveway at 1240 Washington street. Rainwater fails to enter storm drain and instead spills across the roadway and accumulates as flooding and standing water on the west side of Washington street, continuing north to the parking area for Folly Cove Landing. Standing water accumulates and is especially hazardous in icy conditions.
