The owner or management company needs to have the garbage around the dumpster cleaned up!! The garbage inside dumpster gets picked up but the trash around the dumpster is never cleaned up and continues to accumulate!!! The owner needs to maintain the trash on grounds!! Tell him to clean up!!! It's disgusting to look out your window and see this ugliness, it's an eyesore to the neighborhood!! Please do something about it!!

I've reached out to the property owner regarding trash and a homeless man living in the trash on his property. His response is the property will be demolished soon. Their is a homeless unstable man living on his property and refuses to do anything about it!! It's not safe when you have an unstable person roaming the neighborhood. He needs to clean it up!! He is brushing our concerns off as if it's not a problem!! Clean it up!!

Please notify Owner or Property management to clean up the garbage around dumpster!! It's been there for weeks!! It's an eyesore and disgusting!!

These streets are becoming raceways, place speed humps for the safety of everyone in our neighborhoods.

Delaware ave is a One Way street and the cars are constantly driving in the wrong direction, despite having signs at both ends on Main and Getty Ave. Please address this problem it’s a hazard.

So the issue here at this apartment complex has been half resolved. The owner now has to maintain the outside of the property!!! This garbage has been here for more than a week and no one has come to clean up. Again problems with rodents and cats!!! They must maintain their property!!!!

Here we go again. Trash all around bin. Owner does not do follow up or checking of property grounds. Look at the restaurant that occupies his building, they are throwing food outside of garbage container. The reason why we are getting rodents and stray cats!! They should have larger containers and come twice a week for pick up. Please do something about these owners who don’t maintain their properties!!!

A continuation from my complaint. Accumulation of boxes and garbage behind dumpster. Paterson recycles, so why isn’t the business that occupies his building recycling!! Lots of cardboard boxes that should be recycled!! They need to also be told that it doesn’t belong with regular garbage.

Problem here is not being solved. My third complaint. Owner cleaned up around dumpster and dumpster was filled to capacity. Now tenants have no where to put garbage so it begins to accumulate outside of dumpster. One dumpster is not sufficient for this complex!! He needs more than one dumpster!!! Garbage truck did not pick up yesterday!! So another whole week will pass and the garbage will continue to pile up. This owner needs to be told!!! It’s a reoccurring cycle and something needs to be done!!!

I sent in a complaint on 4/28 & received a response that owner/management company have been notified and agreed to clean up. As of today they have done nothing!!! The dumpster area is still disgusting. It’s a 8 apartment & 1 restaurant dwelling, one dumpster is not sufficient!!! They need multiple dumpsters for this dwelling. We have complained numerous times & this owner does nothing to clean up!!! You reached out to him & nothing!! He needs to be fined. It’s an eyesore, it stinks and we are getting rats in the neighborhood!!! I have every right to complain as a property owner in this town!!! Something needs to get down ASAP!! Not when it’s convenient for him. Please do something about it!! Thank you
