    Hi Natick team,

I want to report two issues with rain water collection drains.
We live on Oak hill rd, and the issue is:

    1. Just right 17 oak hill road, there is a drain hole with two covers, one of the covers is fully blocked and does not accept rain water because of that, i've tried to clean it with a stick, with some success but not much.

    2. The second drain - which is in the photo attached, it all blocked - it has standing water forever now, smelly as hell, and impossible to walk near because of that.

can we ask for some help? freeing the first and helping with the blockage in the other?

I can provide more information and photos if needed!

    Hello,
We complained few months ago about two dead trees next to our property (on towns property). These trees are dangerously swaying with even the slightest wind. A town representative came to inspect this issue and we got a notification from you that the two trees were marked to be removed. However, since then nothing happened.
These trees are huge and will smash the entire house if they will fall. We are still traumatized by a tree that has fallen couple of months ago on our roof. We have an infant that is very scared of noises and is needless to say that we are very concerned for our safety. In the last windy day we were sure the tree will fall.
The last case number was 7706102.
We beg you to cut down the trees before a disaster happens.

    Hello,

We have two very big dead trees next to our house and we are very concerned that when it gets even a little windy they can easily fall on our house. They are located on Natick owned land. They pose a serious threat to our property since they are very big and if they do fall they will destroy our house. In the last windy day, which was a week ago we had a tree fall down on our roof causing a lot of damage that we are dealing with now to repair and we do not want another incident like that to happen. Since we are following the stay at home advice, we are constantly at home and are very worried about our safety. Even with a moderate wind we can see these trees swaying. We have an infant at home who gets frightened by loud noises and was terrified when the last tree fell on our house.
