    The locking mechanism for our dumpster was broken/destroyed by the garbage truck the other day. We have had an issue in the past with other businesses using our dumpster so we make sure our dumpster is always locked and are unable to at this moment can we please get this fixed asap.

    Everytime it rains all the parking lots are still flooding Infront of enigma bar and lounge at 1110 central Ave. we must come up with a permanent fix to this issue.

    Once again the "French Drain" outside of enigma bar and lounge has failed and we flooding for almost the entire block due to this. The city needs to come up with an actual fix to this issue. Why is this not connected to the storm/waste water infrastructure why does the city not have store drains installed on central Ave. between 11st street and feet's. This is an eyesore not to mention a safety hazard.
