    A small culvert was installed, running under the new sidewalk on the south side of the Pkwy So Early last summer, when we had some hard rainfall, a great deal of gravel was washed into the culvert, leaving it almost clogged on the exit end

    We've never understood why the speed limit is 45 mph for only a quarter of a mile on Waconia Pkwy So There are "Right Turn Only" lanes in both directions at the intersection of Farm Line Rd, which traffic is using to bypass vehicles that are waiting to make left turns, without slowing down This is a pedestrian or vehicle fatality waiting to happen The speed limit on this stretch of the Pkwy between Farm Line and Oak Ave needs to be lowered to 30 mph for the sake of pedestrian safety and traffic noise

    This sign along north bound Hwy 10 is CORRECT If a "Truck Route" sign is added below the arrow, perhaps it would cut down on the volume of truck traffic on Waconia Pkwy So This would improve safety and cut down the traffic noise on the Pkwy N

    This sign mounted on the traffic signal is also incorrect, showing Hwy 10 crosses Hwy 5 There is the same sign facing East bound & West bound The one facing the West bound traffic should indicate Hwy 10 goes to the left & straight ahead on Hwy 5 The sign facing the East bound traffic should indicate Hwy 10 turns to the right

    This sign (not the detour sign) is incorrect It indicates Co Hwy 10 crosses Hwy 5 which it does not North / West of Hwy 5 is now a city street, Waconia Pkwy So. The arrows should point to the left & up/straight, continuing along Hwy 5 Along with the corrected junction Hwy 10 sign, an addition should indicate Hwy 10 is the truck route
