There is a growing homeless encampment in West area of Doyle Park. They have nightly trash fires which are very negatively affecting my health. Fights break out among the individuals and their dogs constantly and it is adding additional stress to those of us who live nearby in an already very stressful time. They also frequently use drugs, are coughing constantly, and I can hear them talk about how they use the creek and other parts of the park as their toilets. This is a major health and safety issue. I call the non-emergency police number when I see or smell the fires, but I'm not sure what, if anything, they do.
