    This lot continues to attract litterers. People continue to dump their trash here, which is then blown around the neighborhood when there is wind. There is also a lot of trash all along the sidewalk surrounding the lot. Also, the hole continues to fill up with water every time it rains, which is not only an eyesore for the neighborhood but also could pose a health risk. I know that the city is fining home owners for having trash in their backyards and I expect the same for the owners of this lot and the people that continue to dump their trash there. Places like these will continue to deter people from moving to Chelsea.

    Trash continues to pile up on the sidewalk and street as summer parties pick up! Perhaps some garbage cans and signs could help. Also, can we have the people working on the perimeter along the silver line help with the rest of the street? I’m tired of the trash! We need a clean city we can be proud of.
