This guard rail on woodland fell onto the street recently and is forcing traffic around it

Someone ran over the Do Not Enter sign at the end of Clover St Tire marks make it look intentional

This sign is the end of a No Outlet street but has no sign at the end denoting Do Not Enter This leads to vehicles going over theppylons since they think they can squeeze through Adding a Do Not Enter sign would help a ton eased vehicle

The bollards closing off Clover Ln have broken again, the fourth time in 2 years This is leading cars and trucks to use the connection when they're not supposed to

Someone recently damaged the curb here which also damaged the water line for the landscaping on the city parklet Every time the watering runs a new sizable puddle appears on the road, and the parklet no longer gets enough water

Do Not Enter sign has been knocked over and is impeding the road.
In combination with the pylon being broken at the same intersection, vehicles will come through the wrong way.
