The street is deteriorating. It is a very narrow one way, with tons of loose gravel and various patchy potholes. Very badly in need of being repaved. Could also use a speed table or bump. People drive very fast, and use NW 4th Ave as a cut trough between 6th ave and Main Street, Often going the wrong way. There are several young children who live on this block.
