I walked my yard between myself and my neighbor and I found what I think or thought was to be a sinkhole and then this settlement sitting down at the end of the yard in the same direction of the whole I'm not sure what's going on I just want to make sure everything is okay

I would really like to know what is the guidelines when it comes to picking up the trash cans. the driver left the trash can in the middle of my driveway as well as left the other upside down.

I would like for someone to please get in contact with me this is the third time I had to deal with this. someone please let me know what I'm responsible for and what the driver is responsible for. for the last couple of weeks we have had the truck with the workers on the back no problems. but this week we got the truck with the arm on it and trash has been left everywhere my trash can has been broken. as far as my neighbors we had when doing this time their trash can was knocked over prior to the service worker coming so therefore it wasn't picked up. I would really appreciate if someone would get in contact with me and let me know both sides responsibilities thank you and have a good day
