I keep seeing new buildings going up, while so many buildings that need torn down still stand and look horible. If the city wants to progress they need to pass ordiance that no new buildings can be built until the old ones are utilized or torn down or refaced and used. This city can be made to something special, but not until the city does something about all the trashy eye sores through out the city.

I often see cars driving when the X marks over the street have changed right of way. This is very dangerous. There needs to be better sinage either on side of street or something else. the sun hits the sign X signs and can't tell if it's a lane right of way or not until you get to the middle of that section. Also the street coming past pagent heading toward downtown people not familuar and are in middle lane try to drive straight through and depending on road right of way switch they are going wrong way.
