Question: What happened to “Kool & The Gang Way” street sign at top of stack here? (Also, may want to make sure these stacked signs are re-secured and not leaning over.)

In regards to major ongoing construction on Pacific Ave.: What is it and what the timeline for this major underground construction to be complete? This project has been ongoing since early Spring. Also- Once the process is complete, the roads are left a complete mess. Will it be repaved AND repainted?
