My recycling has not been picked up for the last 2 cycles it should have been picked up according to Ryland's calendar they issued. Please ensure Ryland has Southshore Court on their route, so this error does not continue to repeat itself.

My garbage has not been picked up since before Ryland . Recycling was taken yesterday, however my blue dumpster is full and has been sitting at the curb going into the 3rd week now. I know we are to use the red dumpsters effective January, however, my old blue one is full and was never picked up. Please dump this and remove the old bins, as we all have 4 bins sitting around our homes and they are making our city so unsightly. Thank you.

Missed garbage pick up on Friday, 9-3-21

Tree in median of court in neighborhood was blown over Friday evening during rain and wind (appears to have had disease at base of trunk which may have weakened it). It was a Bradford Pear..Needs to be removed as it is right on edge of road.

Recycling was due to pick up on 8-20, no pick up as of 8-21

No Garbage pick up again on 7-2 nor 7-3 (we never know if they'll pick up on Friday, as is supposed to, or if they'll show up Saturday), there's no outguessing trash pickup in our neighborhood. There has also been a pile of dried up old limbs in front of 2945 Southshore Court resulting from tree limbs they have picked up in the past, but these are still sitting there for some reason - would easily fit in the back of a regular pickup truck.

No garbage or recycling pick up on 6-18-21, nor 6-19-21. Garbage is never picked up on the day it is supposed to be on Fridays - this make the neighborhood look so junky with garbage carts and recycling carts sitting at the curb for so long. If pick up is going to be every other week, then our solid waste bill needs to be $30 quarterly, not $60.

THIRD REQUEST since OCTOBER - limbs/debris from tree that fell sitting at the edge of median as you enter Southshore Court. It's unfair to pay a $60 bill for trash/debris removal when services paid for are not rendered. I would like for someone to please contact me about this matter to tell me what the problem is, for this to take 3 months to be handled. Thank you.

SECOND REQUEST FOR SAME ISSUE - I just received notice that my issue reported on October 10th was closed, however it was NEVER picked up - there is a large pile of limbs/branches from a tree that fell over in the median on Southshore Court which neighbors cut and piled up neatly - it is now a decaying pile of debris and an eye sore to the neighborhood - not sure why this issue was closed as it has NOT BEEN DONE. Please make every effort to have this removed before Thanksgiving as it is an embarrassment to our neighborhood - it's the first thing you see when you drive into Southshore Court. Thank you for addressing this and cooperating with this timely, as it has now been SIX WEEKS since this was reported.

Tree in median fell into street (looks like the tree split) - neighbors used chain saw to cut it up, but the limbs/debris need to be picked up and removed - it's piled at the end of the circle in the median directly across from my house. Thank you.

As you pull into Southshore court, the tree at the end of the median had split in two (possibly struck by lightning) and fell into the road - neighbors removed it out of the street and piled up the limbs at the end of the median. Please remove the debris/limbs as they are drying out and could potentially be a fire hazard with summer storms/lighting Thank you.

Lightning/wind struck a tree in the median directly across from 2937 Southshore Court and a neighbor did cut the part down that was in the road, but now the limbs/leaves have been there stacked for approximately 2-3 weeks now (dead/brown pile) and is unsightly for me as it is right across my front yard in the median - the remainder of the tree is leaning and appears it will fall soon. Please pick up the pile and cut back the residual tree. It has been passed over by ADS at least twice now. Thank you.
