Renters in 204 Arvada Ave NE, pushed their refrigerator out into street, leaving 1/2 on curb and 1/2 on street. Guessing they didn't call for a big item pickup? But it is a hazard and needs to be removed .

GUNSHOTS @ 10:30 pm on 10/1/23from high caliber firearm. It had to be on Menaul or Broadway because from the sound of a vehicle accelerating. Those are the only 2 streets you can travel at that rate of speed on. We need a gunshot spotter in OUR area, because there is no law enforcement around. Or do you expect us to call after someone is shot? Gunfire is constant in this area. I do have a video but this app doesn't download even a short video.

Clearly there is a fence breached and the State of NMDOT and the City of ABQ, has a trespassing, squatting, HEALTH HAZARD that puts our neighborhoods at risk. This is 1st and Mountain road, where businesses are trying to scratch out a livelihood. If this population has mental issues then sometimes “The Powers that be”have to take some choices off the table for the good of all. This is not even a healthy option for those that are squatting here! Why are you allowing this? Warmer weather is coming, there are rats, human excrement everywhere…a perfect disease combination. Drive through this area and you’ll find the pictures don’t do the filth of the area Justice. It’s unbelievable. A news story was run on this as well. Channel 4. Please do something about this!!!

Is this a zoning issue? Or a squatting issue? Or a health safety issue? Or all 3? This mess is right out in front on Commercial 2500 NE. The city needs to check out what's going on here. Definitely a safety issue!!!!!

Accessible speed on Broadway between Indian School and Menaul. Drivers speeding far above the posted speed limit of 35 mph. Even have drivers passing me, when I'm going 35 mph, even though Broadway is one lane each direction with a double line in the middle. Please do something. This is a dangerous situation. Small animals can't even make it across Broadway without getting smashed.

Why does the city of Albuquerque keep saying this is resolved. Coronado Park is still filled with lawless individuals, drugs, human waste, and everything else you can imagine. We can't even walk to the store 3 blks away without having to worry about these lawless individuals which the city condones. Please give us back our park, our neighborhood, our city, so we can enjoy the amenities we should have as tax paying citizens.

Here is the Poster Person for Coronado Park! 4 pm in the afternoon on Friday 3/18/22 and driving by here's this guy peeing in a tree the faces traffic in plain sight of women, children, elderly, everyone. This park is an environmental hazard, a public health risk, and needs to be converted to buildings or anything they can't camp on, pee on, poop on. Seriously, look at what Albuquerque has become!!!! Do something about this park before you have a typhus outbreak that is spread by rodents who are able to transport typhus into your offices, just like in LA. We, neighbors of this health hazard to contact the Environmental Health, Punkic Health Department and get something done. The leadership of this city doesn't care what faces the taxpayers who provide their paychecks. Call the mayor, call environmental health, call public health dept. It's warming up and this park is an active health hazard to our neighborhoods not to mention the sights (ongoing excrement in broad daylight) going on that are easy to see.

On my last request about moving the health hazard out of Columbus park, the City said it was going to move it on February 9, 2022. This did not happen as the vagrants are still in the park and flooding over to McKnight making the road hazardous, creating health hazards wherever they go. Why isn't the city concerned that our tax dollars go to repeatedly cleaning up this hazard which immediately reoccurs and no one does anything about it. Don't you realize that this community would to have our streets back so we could safely walk and enjoy our park, the skate park, and the dog park? I've not been for a walk in 4 yrs in my neighborhood bcz the danger of being robbed or worse is always imminent. The vagrants steal whatever they want bcz they can trade it to a drug dealer for the meth that has destroyed their brains, thank you huge chemical based meth operations in warehouses in Mexico Please enforce the ordinances you have in place. The vagrants that wish to change or still have the brain function to choose, are already in shelters, etc. The urban vagrants here choose this lifestyle of drugs, alcohol, living off free gov $, and by doing so are destroying the quality of life in not just our neighborhood but the entirety of the city. PLEASE DO SOMETHING,
That's what your job is as city government!!!! That's why all of you were elected.

311 tells me they won't replace the burnt light in this with some ridiculous answer that it's not going to install a new streetlight. This is an existing street light! We are 2 blocks from the vagrant park and this city refuses to give us lighting so we can feel safe at night. Giving the excuse that the street lights are sufficient for driving is not the answer to fighting the crime in our neighborhood with lighting. What is wrong with this city!
