    Mulberry commons park across the street from Prudential Center. In the upper part of the park there are several broken electric outlets where people including the homeless are charging their phones and hanging out for hours. I have seen some doing drugs while they wait for their phones to charge. Please fix these. Thank you.

    In the upper part of mulberry commons park there has been a fallen uprooted tree since July. It was requested for removal over a month ago and it is still there.

    In the lower part of Mulberry Commons Park. Broken electric outlet cover. I have been complaining on many occasions since early June to the Downtown Newark District about this because the homeless have been camping out and using this on a daily basis.
