    Trucks are dumping some sort of material in the Crown street garage. They start as soon as 4 am in the morning, causing very loud noises. It's like iron beams falling on the ground or something. I'm not sure what is exactly going on, but the timing is terrible. People are trying to sleep.

    The fire alarm at the Crown st. parking garage at the corner of College and Crown is going off night and day. At 1:45 am tonight, it has been going off for more than 1 hour and it is impossible to sleep. The 911 operator says it's "broke" and we can't do anything. The parking belongs to the city of New Haven.

    If the NHPD is incapable of enforcing the regulations regarding loud noise from bikes, ATVs, and cars, then busy streets with lots of restaurants such as parts of College St and Crown St should be closed to all vehicular traffic, except emergency vehicles. This level of noise (which is against Federal AND State laws) is just not acceptable anymore.
