Robert Hare, Male who lives at this location, has weapons. Becoming increasingly unaware of of reality. Is forgetting which of his properties is having which maintenance issues since the city starting coming for him about the code visitations on his properties. He's either doing way too many drugs now, or his mental health is declining due to stress, because he is now going on sleepless days and nights full of messaging barrages to do nothing more than scream and yell at his tenants, specifically all about me and how much he hates me.

It's gotten to the point where he cannot seem to even hold a conversation that doesn't revolve around how much he hates me. He's even gone into trying to seek out old ex-friends of mine to have more people to talk badly about me with ... literally seeking them out on social media for the purpose of laughing with them about how much they all hate me.

It seems extremely obsessive and unhealthy. His insults to me are getting worse and worse, more harassing and much more intent on trying to traumatize or intimidate me prior to the eviction hearing.

He is having some kind of mental break over there and I think someone needs to check on him please.
