    There is a small stretch along Excelsior just before East Ave. where the sidewalk suddenly stops. Extending the sidewalk to the corner would make it easier to access the new Spring Run Trail.

    At the intersection with Lake Avenue (near the Hampton Inn), there is no sign saying this is High Rock Avenue. Makes it difficult to give people directions.

    There are no crosswalks on Congress Street here, making it difficult for pedestrians to cross the street to get to Congress Plaza (where the CVS is located). Of course, cars don't always stop for people in crosswalks, but it would be a start!
