    There is an upturned valve cover in the middle of the street. Maybe it became loose sometime after the December 2020 snowfall. It could puncture a motor vehicle tire or get completely dislodged & become a road hazard for bicyclists. The picture shows the underside of the cover. There is another valve cover to the right in a normal, flush-to-street level position.
