Watchfull Neighbor

For months this property has trash including an old ripped apart mattress and sofa, broken cabinets and ripped open trash bags on front porch and near the sidewalk, the driveway and all over the house. Is is a picture book example of BLIGHT and is actually worse now than when the picture was taken.

House was used for daily garage sales and accumulated lots of stuff on porch and around the house. Since they were forced to gave up on the daily sales they piled up the stuff behind the house and now for a week at the curb side. Also daily parking on front lawn.
