Trailer appeared either August 8 or early August 9 and has immediately attracted local homeless ("crazy acting") junky and threatens to create a "community" of homeless drug addicts between Broadway Toyota and Sherwin Williams and my home at 4160 Terrace Street. This homeless guy should really be involuntarily incarcerated as he creates blight everywhere he goes and frightens everyone with his angry rants. He does not act crazy when buying fast food or injecting drugs by the way and in my view uses a crazy act to bully everyone in the neighborhood. The trailer needs to go ASAP!
