Does Pima County even monitor this SeeClickFix website? It appears to be a waste of time to submit concerns.

I submitted a request for vegetation management on Aug. 26, 2021 (service request ID 22004210; see below). I heard nothing from Pima County and inquired about my request on Oct. 13, 2021, almost 7 weeks after my original submission. It is now Nov. 22, 2021, almost 13 weeks from my original request, and I've still heard nothing from Pima County.

I believe I was very clear in my original request that this is a safety issue for anyone traveling on Hacienda del Sol. Pima County's guidelines state that issues like this one will be handled within 2-4 weeks, yet this work has not been done and no one from the County has contacted me with a status update. Does Pima County care about people's safety? I understand being busy, or being understaffed - but to do absolutely nothing regarding a safety issue after 13 weeks is inexcusable. What are my tax dollars being used for?

ORIGINAL REQUEST: Overgrown vegetation on the east side of Hacienda del Sol (in the area of 4424, 4430 and 4488) is obstructing the ability to see oncoming traffic (both northbound and southbound). Blind curves to the north and south already exist in this area, making driveways difficult for oncoming traffic to see (especially if speeding); overgrown vegetation is exacerbating the problem. Trimming the vegetation way back may help improve this ongoing safety issue. Thank you.

It is dangerous to exit our driveway onto Hacienda Del Sol Road due to blind curves in BOTH directions (north and south). We cannot see oncoming traffic, and I do not believe oncoming traffic can see us. Adding to the dangerousness of the lack of visibility, drivers regularly speed on Hacienda del Sol, often traveling at speeds in excess of 40 MPH. We've almost been hit numerous times when exiting our driveway, even after taking extreme precaution. This is an accident waiting to happen. Pima County did a great job trimming vegetation to help visibility and we are so appreciative of the effort; but blind curves in both directions still exist. We understand that Pima County does not make changes to private driveways, but we are NOT requesting a change to our driveway; we are requesting that Hacienda del Sol be made safer. We realize that speed bumps cannot be placed on roadways with a speed limit exceeding 25 MPH. Speed dots or signage, however, making oncoming traffic aware that blind curves exist in our area would make the road safer for ALL drivers.

Overgrown vegetation is obstructing the ability to see oncoming traffic traveling both north AND south. (I was only able to attach one photo, looking to the north; similar overgrown vegetation obstructions exist to the south also.)

Blind curbs on both sides exiting driveway onto Hacienda Del Sol. This is an accident waiting to happen. Requesting either speed humps or flashing signs to safely exit the driveway. Safety Issue.
