    recycling only picked up on even side of street. recycling bins blowing over and recyling blowing all down the street.
    I already had to chase down the recycling items because they never showed up promptly. thanks guys!

    When will these WM guys get it right?
    any day they are out there at the crack of dawn picking up....today with 60+ MPH winds they did only half their job.
