    it's been four days water is spilling on this street. I opened three separate tickets almost each day and you closed two of them without taking any action. sad to see where our tax money goes. Literally to the drain.

    after I first reported this water spill issue approx 40 hours ago, the water still spilling on brazos with a large amount. My first ticket has been closed by saying the report has been transferred to related parties but seems lile "related parties" did not get the memo or did not bother to atheist shut down the water.

    There is a big tree branch about to fall (already detached from the tree). Before the hurricane arrives, it would be great to be cleared out before someone gets hurt.

    This tree (on the corner of Anita and Brazos) was marked to be cut couple of months ago but it is still standing. Since we are going to have another hurricane coming, it would be great to be cut as soon as possible.
