    Several fences on Washington Ave are built right up to the sidewalk which means a pedestrian on the sidewalk has nowhere to jump if they see a car coming at them; vis the recent accident. I have been informed that fences must be 0ne foot in from the homeowners property line. Can you inforce this please?
