    Street tree roots causing mailbox pad to split and have mailbox to list to opne side. The condition is unsafe for residents and need immediate correction as two resident have recently fallen while trying to navigate this situation. Post Office denies any responsibility. Note that all other such mailboxes in the are are on flat, easy to approach pads.
