    An RV has parked illegally on Harrison St for >5 months without plates. Shopping cart of trash and random debris are piled up behind the Rv. Human waste appears to be coming out of on the sewer hose and onto the street.

    In addition to the debris, the RV occupant has now become a threat to the safety of the neighborhood. Suspicious activity has been reported for several months - A number of people come in and out of the trailer at all hours of the day/ night. Verbal altercations/threats of harm have occurred between the occupant and these visitors.

    Please help.
