    There is a tree, in the green belt to the west of my home that is a problem. This tree does not hang over in my yard, but the landscapers are using their leaf blowers to blow the leaves over the fence into my backyard. I have seen them do this and I'm tired of. This same tree hangs over the walking path to a point where you can not even walk around it, you have to go through it. There are wasps attracted to this tree and my son rode him bike threw the over hang and one was stuck to his shirt. This tree needs to be trimmed, by the looks of the tree, it wasnt done properly before.
