    Curb Repair Acknowledged

    I’ve reached out several times with regard to the condition of our sidewalk. They are disastrous and extremely dangerous. Your Engineer inspected last year and concurred. We can’t shovel or snow plow them and in fact when previously tried doing a stone flew and shattered our screen door. I’ve got 5 young grandchildren and one of these days I am terrified that they are going to get hurt. Is there a plan to repair/replace? I’ve only been asking for the last 11 years!!

    The entire sidewalk in front of our house is a trip hazard!! I’ve contacted you several times in the last 10 years to have repaired. Most of the street is like this. We have young kids and an elderly woman living on the street who are going to get hurt. These were inspected years ago and we were told they were hazardous -imagine how they look now - unusable! Can you please send someone out to evaluate? It’s only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt.

    We currently cannot walk on our sidewalk. My grandson tripped and fell over the weekend due to loose cement and stones. The entire street looks like this. You have come out previously, inspected and said they were hazardous. Is there any plan to repair? If not, can we repair and get reimbursed? I don’t want to see my grandchildren get hurt because of this.
