OF COURSE YOU DON’T BECAUSE THAT IS THE WAY GOVERNMENT ENTITIES HAVE LAWS WRITTEN THAT SCREW THE PUBLIC, INCREASE TAXES, AND GET AWAY WITH DOING NOTHING ABOUT THE SAFETY OF ALL CITIZENS!!

    Good morning,
The area in question is within the complex and not along the Town right of way. We do not have authorization to enforce snow removal within private property. Even if we did, the complex, has 24 hours after the cessation of the storm. The storm ended about 5 pm on Sunday, 2/7/2021. From your timeline, they cleared the snow approximately 8-9 hours later.
Application of additional products and the rate of that application is between you and the complex.

    § 96.25 DEFINITIONS.
For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"PERSON RESPONSIBLE." The owner, tenant, occupant or other entity, either corporate or personal, who is responsible under the law for maintenance of the premises.
    ,,,,,,
"SIDEWALK." Any walk or path along the side of a street or public facility which is reserved by custom for the use of pedestrians.
    § 96.26 RESPONSIBILITY FOR REMOVAL.
    (A) All snow, ice and sleet shall be removed from the sidewalks of the town by the person responsible for the premises adjoining and fronting every such sidewalk within 24 hours after the cessation of any storm during which such snow, ice and sleet was precipitated.
    (B) In the event that such snow, ice and sleet cannot be removed after reasonable effort, the person responsible shall, within 24 hours after the cessation of any storm during which such snow, ice and sleet was precipitated, cause an abrasive substance, such as sand, to be spread on such sidewalk at intervals of time frequent enough and in quantities sufficient to ensure that such sidewalk is safe for pedestrian travel.

Not sure why the map picked a range for the address but this was taken at Hamden Farms Condo Association @ 2932/2950 State St, for people 55+. This is what I came home to after going out around 9:45 or 10am today, Sunday 2/7/21, returning around 12:30pm. There had to be at least 4 inches of snow on top of the ice I had to break up just to get up my driveway and into the garage, in case they decide to have any snow removal done today. But it should not surprise me. I’ve been injured before (winter of 2019) due to conditions such as this! But no one, not even our elected Town Officials care or do anything about it.

I am a senior citizen with a disability. Hamden Farms Condo Association is illegally disregarding my Americans with Disability Rights under the State and Federal ADA laws and refusing to have my garbage removed because I cannot get it down the steep incline that they put over my driveway. I have already been injured once trying to walk down this incline but they have now taken away the accommodation that was provided in January 2019. The garbage can has remained where I was told that I could put it to have it serviced for over a week and is nearly over its capacity with 2 weeks of garbage. I fear that it will soon attract rodents and other animals. Management is demanding that I ignore my doctor’s restrictions and my physical limitations put myself at risk of further harm. I am unable to do what they are demanding.

I saw this tree when it took a significant plunge over the roof of my home, right above my bedroom. That was at about 2pm today, Sunday, August 30, 2020. I have reported it to the property manager three times since then, as I sit in my bedroom watching it lean further and further over the roof where my bedroom is located. This is putting my safety and life at risk by no one taking care of this problem. He would rather wait to see what happens rather than prevent me bodily harm from the roof crashing in on me.
