    Filled tub with water and it is yellow brown. apparently people around the city are having this problem.

    white/brown cat. three unknown stray dogs came by around 1230am 11-3-2020 and killed this neighborhood cat. they drug the carcass into the neighbor's yard and ran off down the road afterwards.

    Neighbor leaves dog on chain in back yard. Any sound in our house (ie; a door shuts) sets dog to barking from 5 to 40 minutes. My kids can't even sleep in the room facing their house anymore because the barking scares them awake. I never see this dog played with or handled. The dog is loud, obnoxious, and a menace. His barking can happen anytime of the day- when you open your eyes in the morning, if you decide to go outside and play, or when you lay your head down to sleep. The owners do nothing to stop the dog's constant noise.
