    There is no cover on basin. The houses on Dwyer are having a problem with water backing up into the basement. I live at 18055 Dwyer which is behind this opening. I can't wash clothes without water backing up. I had my drains snaked and I am still having this problem. I have been in my home since 1965 and this is the worst it has ever been. My home is being restored due to a fire llast year and they cannot finish because of this. These main drains have neer been cleaned out.

    Potholes so many and so large you have to go on peoples grass to miss them. I have been in my home since 1965 and Stockton has never been striped and repaved. They just keep patching it.
