    The building lights at the top of the new 99 Hudson building are incredibly bright and flash all night long into the windows of every residence facing it nearby. They are far brighter than any tall building light in JC or Manhattan. It’s ridiculous and has been going on for a number of months. The flashing is particularly intrusive when the weather is rainy of overcast.

    Please ask them to turn them off and use standard red FAA compliant lights. I have already contacted them but they are unresponsive.
