As usual...with a?heavy downpour our street floods. When it does, my basement floods. This is flood #16 since the original flood of June 2021. So almost a year later...no REMEDY. MENTALLY EXHAUSTED

Once again The sewer cave in in our alley has caused a back up of the catch basins in the street. This has caused water to back up in my basement. This is the 9th TIME that this flooding of my basement has occurred since June 25th-26th flood disaster.

This is the 5th time I've had a flooded street that causes my basement to flood. I've got a sewer cave-in in the alley. It's just been a mess. I've had several folks from DWSD come out to investigate to NO AVAIL. I have lost my washer, dryer, furnace, & hot water tank along with several other valuables such as luggage, furniture, clothing, & shoes.

On August 9, 2021, once the rainfall became heavy & our street began to flood the rain water started to gurgle & flow quickly through both of my floor drains. This will make the 4th time this has occurred since June 25-26, 2021. I'm so tired..
I finally got an appt scheduled today for debris removal in the basement & NOW THIS! Ver disheartening.

I continue to have flooding in my basement with heavy rainfall. Our street bags up & I get a geyser of murky water they spews from my floor drains. It recedes only after it recedes in the street. My basement is a complete mess with things that need to be removed.

I have been dealing with a sewer cave-in for at least 15+ years. The City filled the cave-in with gravel. Over time...the gravel began to sink. They came back out & placed a horse over it. That too fell in the hole. Over the years with abandoned homes increasing, the alleys are unkempt. Weeds have grown into trees. Throw in some debris...STRAIGHT DISASTER! I have called several times & have YET to be helped.
