The neighbors son (he is not the owner) has dug a very large trench. 20 feet long, 2 feet wide, 2 feet deep to try to stop water flow, he had originally dug this on our property while we were on vacation. We had to fill the first trench - he has built a dirt wall. We have the HOA involved but there are so many violations going on here. There are exposed metal stakes in his yard that I tripped on. They are so skinny I did not see and run along the property line- please send an inspector as soon as possible. The HOA deemed his behavior irrational
