    This business has probably 6-8 different banners/signs out plus flag signs and window signs covering well over 50% of the window. I'm not sure what St. Pete's sign code is, but this seems excessive. The business itself (a smoke shop) doesn't fit with the character of the surrounding area, which is primarily residential with a few businesses that are more subtle. But the signs just really draw attention to that. I would appreciate if the city could reach out to the owners to see if they could remove most of the signs. Especially the neon window signs. Thanks!

    This depression is horrible, going over it at the speed limit is dangerous and people swerve into the bike lane to avoid it. It is creating a hazard that needs to be fixed ASAP. I see that it has been reported multiple times but has not yet been fixed.

    Hi,

    TruGreen has been illegally dumping their yard debris in our residential alley. The business has done this numerous times and has faced little to no consequences. I have personally witnessed their staff illegally dumping their yard trash in the trash can behind my house. Please fine them or do something that will force them to stop. This is a consistent nuisance.

    This alley behind my house floods every time it rains, especially right near my driveway and it seems to all be pooling in my back yard and getting worse. It starts in the alley and then as it continues to rain my whole back yard floods and turns into one big pond at least 2-4 inches deep depending on how hard it rains. I believe this is because the house that was built across the alley was built higher and now drainage is in adequate in the alley. I am wondering if an evaluation was done when the new homes were built as to how it would effect surrounding properties. It has gotten to the point when I cant even walk around in my back yard while its raining or for a few hours after words. Is there a way to add drainage in this alley so my yard/driveway/alley doesnt flood? It needs it desperately.

    Hi!

    This is both an immediate issue and a request for beautification.

    This intersection is seeing more and more activity as the neighborhoods surrounding it increase in value. It would be really great to see the City of St. Petersburg put some resources into smoothing the area and possibly adding some beautification/landscaping. 28th St has become a major through road, and even though this is on the edge of the City, it still deserves some TLC.

    Particularly, the south end of the intersection looks horrible and patchy and is very rough to drive over. Please consider repaving this whole area to help make the area looks less forgotten.

    Hi! Someone left these branches and lawn trimmings by the trash bin a couple of weeks ago, and they are still there. Can we please have someone come and collect them? Once again, I'm not sure who left them out there, but whoever it was didn't call for collection.

    This ally trash can is such a problem. IT IS CURRENTLY INFESTED WITH MAGGOTS AND NEEDS TO BE CLEANED ASAP. THIS IS A HEALTH CONCERN. Can we please please please just go to single residence trash cans for this ally? People constantly dump trash without calling for special pick up the side street (35th ave N) has single residence trash cans so including the ally on that trucks rout wouldn’t even be logistically difficult.

    These big trash bins work well in areas where people have respect for their neighborhood and keeping it nice, but that’s obviously not the case here. It’s disgusting, it stinks, it attracts questionable people who sift through it, and it HAS TO GO. Please consider this as a legitimate option. I’m so tired of this stupid shared trash bin!

    I reported this trash bin before in SeeClickFix and the issue was "Resolved" and "Closed" but the bin is still obviously not replaced. The bin is damaged and disgusting and the lid has been broken off for months. It needs to be replaced ASAP.

    Hi!

    I am having a really serious problem with flooding in my back ally. I think its a combination of things, but there is a significant dip in the gravel right in front of my driveway that fills with water and then the extra starts to pool in my drive way and yard. It's pretty bad, sometimes the water gets as high as 4-5 inches deep (over my ankles) and floods up to 3/4 of the way up my back driveway and yard. The flooding makes it nearly impossible to get out of my car and open my back gate when its raining without completely soaking my pants and shoes. I also noticed that this is the only place in the ally that does this to this degree (there are some small pools of water, but they tend to drain quickly) and that the water stands there stagnate for 1-2 days after it stops raining. I really hope that there is something you all can do, its incredibly frustrating to have my whole ally/driveway/yard flooded literally every single time it rains. I don't currently have any pictures but I will remember to take some and submit them to you when I have them.
