    The one way signs for Noone were put up the telephone pole on Lindermann instead of on a pole on Noone.. To strangers this looks like they can't go up Linderman.

    Water from up the hill flows across the street at this address, in summer not really a problem, but in winter it causes icing. I'm not sure how hard it is to move a sewer grate - but if wonder if the one about 100 ft south of this could be repositioned to help this problem.
