    Tree is dead. Have been told many times it will be taken down bc the limbs will fall on cars or people on sidewalk. There was a flyer on it in January saying it was getting taken down and then the flyer was taken down. Please make this tree a priority. I sent a request for this 5 years ago and it's still up.
