    On Hwy 9 almost directly across from the Shell station @ Vaughn Dr there is an enormous pine tree that looks to be uprooted and is leaning over HWY 9 at a VERY precarious angle. Given the constant traffic on this road this is a serious safety issue. Please direct this info to the appropriate department so the tree can be removed
