    The speed bump that was installed in the past year has had the asphalt, on both sides, has sunk in and is below grade... as most every time a contractor cuts the road for a water line, sewer, the repair is never done correctly and few months down the road we end up with an uneven pavement.. this is the same case the asphalt has sunk in and isn't even with the roadbed
