    This light should be flashing in the early morning hours, I travel thru here before 6am weekday mornings, I can't tell you how many times a car just wanted to turn right from World Parkway blvd. and they trigger the red light for sunset rd east/west bound traffic, now I have to sit and wait while the car that turned right is off down the road.
