    The programming for this intersection seems to have changed in the past few weeks. Previously, the traffic on Brooks Avenue was given priority and the signal would change to favor Bedford traffic if a vehicle approached on Bedford or when someone activated the signal manually using the available button. Now, the programming seems to have reversed, giving priority to traffic on Bedford, causing some backups on Brooks. Is this intentional? Seems like you would want to keep traffic moving on Brooks while still responding promptly to traffic on Bedford.

    The storm drain on the West side of the 600 block of Tower St has a continuous flow of water, regardless of weather conditions. Because of the proximity to the large water storage tank at this location, one is led to the conclusion that there may be a leak from the water tank into the storm drain. The flow is significant.
