    During the evening between 4-7 the middle lane is used for outgoing traffic from downtown heading west. The "no Left Turn " light fixture hasn't worked for over a month at this intersection. How can we get the city to repair it?

    There is an empty lot that isn't maintained and currently is overgrown with weeds and brush.

    Heading north on Greenbriar there is a no right turn on red sign blocked by a tree limb. People driving cannot see the sign. This was posted last week and the city stated they repaired it, they did not.

    The no left turn light is still out during the reverse lane flow on Alabama. Thus is a second request. As of yesterday was not fixed even though 311 informed me it was!
    It is a danger to use the reverse lane heading west in the evening hours.

    Only light on Alabama that is not working.
    Creates an unnecessary traffic condition!

    Traveling west on Alabama St there is a no turn light at the intersection. 1/2 of it is burned out and confuses unskilled drivers in our neighborhood.
    The light is on the overhead support . It is probably 16" X 20".
