    405 Armstrong Ave Jersey City, NJ 07305, USA - West Side
    I was parked on West Side Ave and Armstrong & received a ticket at 10pm but this car was parked ALL night and didn't receive any ticket - even in the morning as I came back to check. I have the proof. How is it fair that parking "enforcement" will ticket one car but not the other for the SAME offense? and you expect me to pay this ticket?
